This is taken somewhere close to the border of Oklahoma and Texas on Route 66 although I guess it could be anywhere in rural America. The clouds were perfect for this shot and I hated that I didn't have a wider lens so that I could step in front of the grass in the foreground of the frame. After developing the shot and printing it I have come to love the placement of the grass. Instead of being a stoic objective shot it places the view in the scene, almost as if they are trudging through a field and have stumbled on the house themselves.
