Return Policy
14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You can cancel your order without any reason, or return work(s) within two weeks of arrival for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges can not be refunded. The return option is limited to 2 pieces of artwork per six months per customer. Due to their nature and the immense risk of damages, unframed and non-mounted prints are not suitable for return and therefore are excluded from the return option. If you return the works in damaged condition, you will be required to provide compensation of equivalent worth. Regarding mountings and frames any scratches, spots and breaks have to be considered a total loss. For the sake of protection, goods should only be returned in the original packaging they were sent in, using all the protective materials. Please call our Hotline beforehand and completely fill out the return slip included in the shipment. In the case of incorrect delivery, Gimme Art covers shipping and insurance, in all other cases the customer assumes these costs.
Order Policy
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
